Demon Hunters (Season 1): Game 10
Aira Ono has entered the room.
DreaMwrite1: Now we wait for dragoon
DreaMwrite1: brb
Jun Nekkara: Well, I'm going to grab something to
munch on real quick. I'll be right back myself
Jun Nekkara: Back, just for note
DreaMwrite1: k
Jun Nekkara: There he is
Tie Di Chiang has entered the room.
Tie Di Chiang: (spent a little too long in the
shower; meant to be on by 9:00 :-P )
DreaMwrite1: As we last left our heroes they were in
a risky situation. They had just defeated the powerful Akuma though at the price
of Jun being greatly injured...
DreaMwrite1: Arashi had just made his appearance and
had grabbed Akuma's half of the stone. He has given the group an altimatum. Let
Jun die or give him the other half of the stone.
DreaMwrite1: What will our heroes do? Can they just
let Jun die?
DreaMwrite1: We will find out in today's episode of
Two Preists and A Little Girl, "Arashi Strikes!".
Aira Ono: gay
DreaMwrite1: ((Begin))
Jun Nekkara: ((Can I retype the whole splitting scene
since I was cut off last time? No big deal, just checking))
DreaMwrite1: ((Sure))
Jun Nekkara: Kage lifts his head off the ground and
looks at the Burning Fang in Tie's hand. A small trickle of blood drips down his
lip. He lifts his hand off the ground only a few inches. It shakes as he holds
it up. In a weak voice*
Jun Nekkara: "You have done your part. Time for you
to go home. Return" *The blue flames around the Burning Fang burn brightly and
increase 3 times in size. However, the flames don't emit any heat and don't burn
Tie's hand.
Jun Nekkara: The bone-like sword disappears within
the flames. Then, the flames settle down and vanish themselves. Kage smiles,
then collapses.
Jun Nekkara: Everything goes black for him. He lays
there motionless. His body begins to pulse with energy. Then, he is surrounded
by a brief light.
Jun Nekkara: The light fades and Jun and Garouki lay
there, beaten and bloody. Still unconscious*
Jun Nekkara: ((Okay, that is my whole typing for the
day))
DreaMwrite1: "Your friend is dieing. Give me the half
of the amulet so I can help him."
Tie Di Chiang: ( :-D )
DreaMwrite1: Yells Arashi over the booming of
thunder, the storm raging.
Aira Ono: (am i still heading down the mountian or am
i with them?)
Tie Di Chiang: "he'll die even if we do give it to
you"
DreaMwrite1: Aira and Yasha run down the mountain
toward the others.
DreaMwrite1: "I do not wish to take it by force but I
will if need be."
DreaMwrite1: "I'm offering you a chance ot survive,
mortal"
Aira Ono: (just let me know when i get down there)
Tie Di Chiang: *thinks, 'what would Jun want us to
do?'*
DreaMwrite1: You hurry down the mountain Aira as Tie
continues to talk to Arashi
DreaMwrite1: "Decide quick or your friend will soon
bleed to death."
Tie Di Chiang: *turns slightly to give Aira a
questioning look*
Aira Ono: "Why dont you give me the amulit and ill
save jun my self?:"
DreaMwrite1: "Bah a simple mortal could not do such a
thing."
Aira Ono: "Why do you want this? Has not use to you
other than to kill more poeple"
DreaMwrite1: "Hand me your half and let us be done
with this."
Tie Di Chiang: "she's not so simple, infernal"
Aira Ono: not, no
DreaMwrite1: You are all the way down the mountain
Aira.
DreaMwrite1: "Child hand over the amulet. I have no
patience."
Aira Ono: "Why"
DreaMwrite1: "The world must be cleansed of these
pathetic humans and demons."
Aira Ono: "Why"
DreaMwrite1: "It is as simple as that."
Aira Ono: "So what your saying is, hand it over to i
can kill you?"
DreaMwrite1: "The humans have been unable to handle
the demons here already. It is only a matter of time before they are all
destroyed. I am mearly speeding things up."

Tie Di Chiang: (did Jun's opening post mean the sword
vanished? or did it just stop flaming?)
Jun Nekkara: (Sword is gone)
Aira Ono: "Hand me the rest of it, and ill show you
how much us 'weak' humans can do to help destroy the demons"
DreaMwrite1: "You hand it to me child."
DreaMwrite1: "These games are making me grow
impatient."
Aira Ono: "Seems to me your the child here, with...
dare i say it... no faith"
DreaMwrite1: "Bah I've watched you humans for
thousands of years."
DreaMwrite1: "You are too busy fighting eachother."
Aira Ono: "So watch another thousand years and hand
the amulet to me"
Aira Ono: "Fighting each other? Have the 3 of us been
fighting each other or these demons around us?"
DreaMwrite1: You notice a black clouds begin to form
around Arashi.
Aira Ono: "Look at that pathitic heap over
there...*points to jun*"Put his life on the line to help us 'weak' humans"
DreaMwrite1: "People such as yourselves are very few
which is why I had decided to spare you, but you are testing my patience."
Aira Ono: "That doesnt mean there will be others like
us, hand me the amulet and ill show you what we can do"
Aira Ono: will, wont.
DreaMwrite1: "You do not know what forces you are
dealing with child."
DreaMwrite1: Arashi takes a step toward you Aira with
Tanuki staying close behind.
DreaMwrite1: The pearl around Arashi's neck begins to
give off a faint glow. More clouds form around him.
DreaMwrite1: The rain begins to pound harder.
DreaMwrite1: "Do not make me angry."
Aira Ono: *sighs*
Aira Ono: "Heal jun"
DreaMwrite1: "Give me the amulet."
Aira Ono: *wipes the wet hair from her face*"Heal him
first"
Jun Nekkara: *eyes open slightly* "Don't give it to
him. Its not..." *he fades in and out of consciousness* "...not worth...it"
DreaMwrite1: Arashi's hand squeezes harder around his
half of the amulet.
DreaMwrite1: Arashi gives a sidelong look at Aira.
"How do I know you will actually give it to me?"
DreaMwrite1: Jun feels his soul slowly begining to
leave his body.
Aira Ono: "How do i know you will heal him, there is
no reason why we must fight each other, why dont you hand me the amulet and ill
heal him."
DreaMwrite1: "I must have the amulet. Give it to me!"
Aira Ono: "WHY, Why must you ahve it, give me the
amulet you have no use for it"
DreaMwrite1: Arashi takes another step toward Aira.
Thunder booms. There is a flash of lightning.
DreaMwrite1: "Ah but I do have a use for it."
Aira Ono: *takes a step back in the pouring ran
raises body shield*
Aira Ono: "yasha defend me"*takes another step
back,"What use could you have for it"
Tie Di Chiang: *dives to the ground behind Arashi
when lightning strikes*
DreaMwrite1: "Lightning Field!" A giant lightning
bolt comes from the sky and hits Arashi, his body now surging with bolts of
electricity.
DreaMwrite1: The sparks of electricity begin to focus
around Arashi's hand.
DreaMwrite1: "Give it to me now, girl."
DreaMwrite1: "I already told you."
Tie Di Chiang: *gets up an launches a tiger bullet at
Tanuki*
DreaMwrite1: "The world needs to start on a clean
slate."
Aira Ono: "You will not play god this day"
Aira Ono: *uses tele to lift a rock in front of her*"Yasha
attack"
DreaMwrite1: "Ah but I am not playing god."
DreaMwrite1: More black clouds begin to surround
Arashi, making it difficult to make out his form.
Jun Nekkara: "A-A-Arash-i" *coughs a couple times,
bits of blood fly out of his mouth* "Don't you touch them" *gasps as he feels
his spirit leaving him*

DreaMwrite1: Tie you shoot off the Tiger Bullet and
it hits Tanuki in the side. A little bit of blood drips from him.
DreaMwrite1: "Dont. Attack. My. Tauki!"

DreaMwrite1: The ball of lightning now in Arashi's
hand going flying at you Tie.
Aira Ono: its 8 i believe plus i have like -3 to

DreaMwrite1: At the same time as firing this Arashi
is engulfed in a giant cloud(Cumlionimbus). With you all being unable to see
inside it.

DreaMwrite1: Yasha goes rushing in with both swords
drawn and disapears.
Aira Ono: "Yasha"
Aira Ono: *quietly says*"yasha".
DreaMwrite1: You hear the clashing of steel against
steel. There is a loud clash sound inside...
DreaMwrite1: You all get a cold shiver down your
spine as you hear an earthshaking roar.
DreaMwrite1: Yasha comes flying out of the cloud,
bloody and limp, rolling on the ground...
Tie Di Chiang: "...is wonder if that is a good thing
or a bad thing..."
DreaMwrite1: You see a glowing yellow eye from within
the cloud.
Aira Ono: *uses her mind to push the boulder at the
cloud as soon as yasha comes flying out*

Tie Di Chiang: (boy, you just can't catch a break)
DreaMwrite1: The rock goes flying through the cloud
and out the other side.
Tie Di Chiang: (maybe the diceroller doesn't like you

DreaMwrite1: ((Cant blame me for rigging the game if
ya get rolls like that anyways.))
Aira Ono: *looks on*
Jun Nekkara: ((That is why I don't like die rollers.

DreaMwrite1: "I spent a thousand years with you
humans. Living with you, as you. All I learned is that you have no hope, no
faith..." You hear Arashi say from within the cloud.
DreaMwrite1: The voice is very loud and it is almost
as if it is coming from both within your mind and your ears.
Aira Ono: "No faith? What the fuck do you call us,
fighting these demons"
DreaMwrite1: "I had never seen anyone such as
yourself...but that is irrelivent. Three people out of thousands means nothing."
Aira Ono: "Or maybe your just bored and just want to
play god? Why did you choose US if you were just going to take this!*holds it
up*Let us finish our quest, you dont need this if your so powerful the way you
are!"
DreaMwrite1: Lightning begins to strike around the
cloud.
DreaMwrite1: "Havnt you got it yet?"
Aira Ono: "That you want to cleanse(sp) the earth of
humans and demons?"
Aira Ono: "You are just as bad as the demons"
DreaMwrite1: "I knew Akuma would simply use the
amulet for power and torture so I sought to have you human recover the other
pieces."
Aira Ono: "We are not your fucking pawns!"
DreaMwrite1: "Guess again."
Aira Ono: "No guessing there, you picked the wrong
people"
DreaMwrite1: You see a giant clawed leg come out from
within the cloud, itself being almost as big as the mountain.
Aira Ono: *stumbles back*
DreaMwrite1: The ground shakes beneath you as it
slams into the ground.
Aira Ono: *looks around for tie*
DreaMwrite1: "You cannot imagine what you have gotten
yourselves into. I'm not some simple demon which can be slayed."
DreaMwrite1: Tie looks like he is about to wet his
pants.
Aira Ono: "why do you want to destroy the demons
along with the humans?"
DreaMwrite1: ((Heh jk))
DreaMwrite1: "They are both a scourge to the land of
Japan."
Aira Ono: "So will you destroy your self then aswell?"
Aira Ono: *backs up more*
DreaMwrite1: ((Are you there still Tie? Some Shoa-lin
philosophy may be helpful at this point.))
DreaMwrite1: "I am neither human or demon. I am above
such definitions. I am above all."
Tie Di Chiang: (heh, I was just thinking that Japan
is a european name for the country :-P )
Jun Nekkara: "A scourge to Japan, no" *winces in
pain* "No, we are a part of it. Both human and demon a like. We are its children
and it our mother."
DreaMwrite1: Another clawed foot comes out from the
cloud.
DreaMwrite1: ((Perhaps because we are all speaking
English in this game English terms may work the best correct?))
Tie Di Chiang: (did I make that dodge roll a while
ago? )
DreaMwrite1: (Yes)
DreaMwrite1: Two giant antlers come out from the
cloud, followed by the head of a dragon.
DreaMwrite1: With its golden main along with the
shining red and black scales you are all awe struck by the beuty.
Aira Ono: *looks for the amulet*

little and moves closer toward Jun.

Jun Nekkara: "We are con...nected. One can not

Aira Ono: *moves towards dragons right foot*
Jun Nekkara: "We make mistakes, but we learn. From
the heart of a few gives birth to hope for the world"
Tie Di Chiang: "time we have had, and time we ever
shall, that is the way of life, to live, to learn, and to grow, ever towards the
enlightnment of all"
DreaMwrite1: The dragon turns his head toward Aira.
"Have you decided to make the correct descision?"
Aira Ono: "The correct disicion is to let us leave
and leave our own lives!"

Jun Nekkara: "You said that you had not seen others
like us. That shows progress, does it not?"
DreaMwrite1: I shall if you give it to me now.
Tie Di Chiang: "I think the lady has the better claim
to the stone, storm-dragon"
DreaMwrite1: "But is it enough is the question human.
That is the question."
Aira Ono: "Give us the amulet and we shall see"
Jun Nekkara: "Then wait and see. Let us answer it by
our actions"
DreaMwrite1: "You ask me to put trust in a human?"
Aira Ono: "You already have"
Aira Ono: "We are here now with this half and we
would have the other half if you wouldnt have interfierd(sp)"
Tie Di Chiang: "we ask that you put faith in the
powers that preside over man and dragon both"
Jun Nekkara: "We are mortal. We live but for a
flicker of time in your eyes. It takes us longer to learn, but we do have
promise. I have faith in humanity to shed its war-like ways"
DreaMwrite1: "Ba humans should not have such power
anyways."
Aira Ono: "Neither should you."
DreaMwrite1: "But you cannot shed your war-like ways
anymore than you can change the tides."
Aira Ono: "You are just as war like."
DreaMwrite1: "I only wish to end the suffering of you
mortals. Dont you understand?"
Aira Ono: "The only one suffering here is you."
DreaMwrite1: "Most live short and miserable live
anyways."
Aira Ono: "To watch people you cannot or will not
help is painful for you isnt it"
Jun Nekkara: "You wish to end suffering with
suffering. Do you not see the flaw of your own ways? Have you lived too long to
understand yet the simplist of concepts?"
DreaMwrite1: "And what simple concept is this?"
Jun Nekkara: "Destruction to stop destruction is
foolish. It only continues the cycle and will give birth to more in the future"
Aira Ono: *moves toward the right foot of the dragon*
DreaMwrite1: The dragon looks toward Aira.
DreaMwrite1: "What are you doing child?"
Aira Ono: "Move your paw"
Aira Ono: or foot what ever it calls it
Jun Nekkara: "However..." *winces* "If you wish to
have one pay for humanity's mistakes. Then take me. I will answer for
everyone's."
DreaMwrite1: The dragon stares into nothing, as if
deep in thought.
DreaMwrite1: He mutters(which is still loud enough
for anyone to hear anyways) "No."
Aira Ono: "Why"
Tie Di Chiang: (give him a nice big hug :-D )
Aira Ono: "why do you need this amulet to destroy
humans anyways?"
DreaMwrite1: "I cannot directly impede on human
affairs..."
DreaMwrite1: "But the demons follow no such rules."
Aira Ono: "But you are."
Aira Ono: "You are interfering with our goal, so
please, lift our leg so i may aquire the other half of the amulet"
DreaMwrite1: "Ah but I am not directly doing so. I
would simply open the gate to see what happens."
Aira Ono: our, your
DreaMwrite1: "And be given unlimited power?"
Aira Ono: "Are you afraid?"
Tie Di Chiang: "to fulfill her destiny"
DreaMwrite1: "Not afraid. It would simply upset the
balance."
Aira Ono: "You have no idea what this would do to the
balance"
Aira Ono: "All you can think of for balance is "as
long as demons win its ok"
Aira Ono: "
Jun Nekkara: "Perhaps you are right, and we should
not have the amulet. But nor should you. The pearl you have taken has corrupted
your soul. When you think of it, it plagues you with an evil. Rid yourself of
it"
DreaMwrite1: "Oh no I would simply send the demons
all back to hell when they were finished."
DreaMwrite1: "The balance would be set back in
place."
Aira Ono: "And YOUR rule would commence, again, that
must be it, you tried ruling us before"
DreaMwrite1: "My pearl? This is my very birthright
which was taken from me by a greedy lord when I was but a hatchling."
Jun Nekkara: "And you killed to retrieve it. Or
should I say you had your Tanuki kill for it. Why? So you can have an object
back. Is that not greed in and of itself?"
DreaMwrite1: "Nothing of a dragon is corrupt. For the
very saying of that...
DreaMwrite1: "To take back that which is mine is not
greed, mortal."
Aira Ono: "Seems you want the world to your self,
seems like greed to me"
Aira Ono: world, japan.
DreaMwrite1: "You humans have such odd concepts. Even
after a thousand years I still cannot understand them all."
Aira Ono: "So move on stop living as a human"
DreaMwrite1: ((World, Japan. Same thing in the
Mystical Japan concept))
Jun Nekkara: "Why must you hold onto a possession?
Possessions come and go. Your time as a human has clouded your judgement"
DreaMwrite1: The dragon gives you an odd look Jun.
DreaMwrite1: "You humans have no concept of a
dragon's pearl it seems. The lack of knowledge of your past does not help the
case."
Aira Ono: "I ask again, lift you leg so we may go on
with our own lives"
DreaMwrite1: Arashi makes a loud sigh with large
white clouds coming from his nose.
Jun Nekkara: "I know you dragons love your pearl. But
let me ask you, does it make you less of a dragon?"
Tie Di Chiang: (don't suppose you could telekinese it
out of there...)
DreaMwrite1: "Human I suggest you quit pushing me or
I will lift my foot..."
Jun Nekkara: ((The size of a mountain?))
DreaMwrite1: "To crush you."
Aira Ono: "Lift your leg then"
Aira Ono: "Crush me"
DreaMwrite1: ((Its hard to describe just how huge he
is but the size of Mount Fugi works.))

DreaMwrite1: "Perhaps I havn't been human long
enough. I have never met a group such as yourselves."
DreaMwrite1: ((New York. May we get on with the
game?))
Aira Ono: "Maybe your not cut out to be a human."
Jun Nekkara: "We are truly unique indeed Arashi.
However, all humans are unique. That is the beauty of our race."
Aira Ono: "Of any race, and life."
DreaMwrite1: Arashi's right foot presses further into
the ground. There is a burst of light and a crushing sound and the ground around
is pushed aside.
DreaMwrite1: The dragon steps back into the cloud,
disapearing.
Aira Ono: *falls to her knees*
DreaMwrite1: Arashi walks out of the cloud, in his
human form of black and white robes with a Yin/Yang symbol on his chest. Tanuki
is close behind him.
Aira Ono: *looks at him*"Heal them"
DreaMwrite1: "I shall give the humans another chance.
I will follow you and observe."
DreaMwrite1: As he talks he walks toward Jun and
Garouki.
DreaMwrite1: His hands begin to glow with a white
light.
DreaMwrite1: The clouds move aside, letting in a ray
of sunlight where Garouki and Jun lye.
DreaMwrite1: Jun you feel warmth fill your body.
Jun Nekkara: *closes his eyes and smiles, figuring he
is meeting death*
DreaMwrite1: "I can save his life but he wont be
swinging a sword for a while."
DreaMwrite1: Arashi grins and moves his hands over
Jun and then Garouki.
DreaMwrite1: Jun your ribs hurt pretty bad but you
get the energy to stand up.
DreaMwrite1: Garouki pulls himself up aswell.
Aira Ono: *with out looking up still on her
knees*"Heal yasha"
Jun Nekkara: *opens his eyes again* "I'm...I'm still
alive"
DreaMwrite1: Arashi turns toward Aira and you notice
a large cut mark on Arashi's right eye.
Jun Nekkara: *gets up part of the way (to one knee),
then looks over to Garouki* "Is he going to be okay?"
DreaMwrite1: "The wound of a demon I may heal but not
that of a dragon."
DreaMwrite1: Yasha weakly lifts his head toward Aira.
Aira Ono: *turns towards yasha*
DreaMwrite1: Blood is trickling down his face.
Jun Nekkara: *looks back over to Yasha and tries to
figure out what is going on*
DreaMwrite1: "I am truly sorry. Such a brave warrior
perhaps saved you all."
Jun Nekkara: *in a low tone* "No"
DreaMwrite1: "As I was about to destroy you I
realized that the human had endangered his own life for others."
Jun Nekkara: *forces himself up and tries to make his
way over to Yasha*
Aira Ono: "Dont move jun"
DreaMwrite1: You pull yourself from the ground Jun
and hobble to Yasha.
Jun Nekkara: "I may be able to help him. I have to
try"
Aira Ono: *sighs and gets up, looks at where the
dragons foot was...*
DreaMwrite1: "That...would require a mirical."
Jun Nekkara: *after getting over to Yasha, sees if he
can help (medical skill)* "I must try. I won't give up on a friend"
Jun Nekkara: Rolled a 5 (I know I made it)
DreaMwrite1: ((Roll the medical skill))
Aira Ono: *starts to look in and then digs around*
DreaMwrite1: Jun performs the best first aid skills
he knows. Trying to prevent further bleeding, etc.
DreaMwrite1: Yasha has some badly broken bones to say
the least but you believe he will heal alright in time.
DreaMwrite1: Yasha weakly mutters to Aira. "I failed
you..."
Jun Nekkara: "Don't speak, Yasha. Try to save your
strength"
Aira Ono: *turns around*"you have failed no one"
DreaMwrite1: Arashi looks suprised. "What kind of
magic allowed you to do such a thing?"
Jun Nekkara: "Your are still very weak. You need to
rest" *then falls back on his bottom clutching his ribs*
Jun Nekkara: "Magic? There was no magic I know of"
Tie Di Chiang: "that was not magic, that was science"
Tie Di Chiang: "the only magic there was the powers
of compassion and knowledge"
Jun Nekkara: *lays back onto the ground to try and
save his own strength* "Arashi, I want to ask you a question. You said you can
heal demons. But why were you able to heal me and not Yasha? I don't understand"
Tie Di Chiang: "another little trait that makes
humans unique"
DreaMwrite1: "There is more to learn then I thought
it seems..."
DreaMwrite1: ((The wounds of demons Jun))

some rock creature while headed up the mountain, then it is all a blank. What
happened with Akuma?"
Tie Di Chiang: "and destroy demons in the process"
Aira Ono: "It doesnt matter jun, rest"
Tie Di Chiang: "you killed him, do you not

Jun Nekkara: "Its all...." *tries to think* "...just
