Jun Nekkara: Actually about on time. I left three
minutes early
DreaMwrite1: As we last left our heroes they had just
encountered a group of strange robed figures with supernatural abilities. Tie
had...disabled one of them while the other were rendered helpless. Of of them
was mysteriously killed by...
DreaMwrite1: an unknown force before they could
reveal who sent them.
DreaMwrite1: The group now hopes to get the
information they need from the last surviving attacker...
DreaMwrite1: ((Begin))
Jun Nekkara: *checks to see if the last one is still
unconscious (first things first)*
DreaMwrite1: He is still out cold
Jun Nekkara: "Garouki, watch him. Alert me the moment
he starts to come to"
DreaMwrite1: Garouki barks and stands next to him.
Jun Nekkara: "Thank you old friend. It is good to see
you are as good as ever"
Meow the Great: *Aira walks over to the unconsious
guy*
DreaMwrite1: ((I said to start everyone..))
Meow the Great: (quiet you i got to get use to saying

Jun Nekkara: *walks over to Aira* "You said I will
never now what my kind, priests, had done to you. Well why don't you tell me?
Perhaps I can better understand. All these secrets will soon be the end of us if

Tie Di Chiang: "I could make such an attempt"
Jun Nekkara: *looks at the night sky (sun had set
last game)* "Well, I'm sure we should all be hungry. I'll see if I can make
something for dinner then"
Tie Di Chiang: *slaps unconscious demon's face a few
times*
Meow the Great: *rubs stomach,*"That would be nice"
*heads over to tie and the demon*
Jun Nekkara: *heads off to try and make some dinner*

DreaMwrite1: "Huh..." says the robed man... Tie you
notice that there is a black ring around his eyes.
Jun Nekkara: *almost prefers not to know what is
about to happen and any methods that may be used to find out the information*
DreaMwrite1: His voice is very hoarse...
Jun Nekkara: ((Really wishes he could remember which
dice were the friendly low rolling ones))
Meow the Great: (sorry pizza just got here)
Tie Di Chiang: *leans in closer to hear*
Tie Di Chiang: "speak up"
Meow the Great: *brrings a rock over to sit on it and
listens*
Tie Di Chiang: "what? I cannot do that... you are
defenseless"
Meow the Great: "What did it say"
DreaMwrite1: Garouki turns his head sideways
curiously at the man on the ground..
Meow the Great: "Come on Tie what did it say"
Tie Di Chiang: "he wants us to kill him... I gather
he fears a fate worse than this one" *gestures to the demon with the extra
breathing holes*

Tie Di Chiang: "are you saying you did not attack us
willingly?"
Meow the Great: *stands up goes closer*" Who is
trying to control you?"
DreaMwrite1: "You...must...hurry...."

Meow the Great: *becomes frustrated and heads over to

Jun Nekkara: *is out trying to find something for
dinner (though I'm not sure how successful he is)*

Tie Di Chiang: "You... you're Shaolin..."
Jun Nekkara: ((Well, I rolled an 8 for whatever I
would roll against. Most likely means I failed)) "Doesn't appear so. Its been a
while since I've needed to go searching for dinner"
Meow the Great: *turns around to tie*
DreaMwrite1: You notice his hands begin to be
surrounded in darkness.
Meow the Great: "what the..."
Jun Nekkara: *looks to see what Aira is so shocked
about*
Meow the Great: "Jun turn around"
Tie Di Chiang: *stands back a few feet*
Jun Nekkara: *heads towards the demon on the ground
at a good pace (almost running)*
Meow the Great: *Also goes to tie*
Jun Nekkara: *looks at Tie* "What is going on?"
DreaMwrite1: The robed man does a back flip into the
air and lands on his feet.
DreaMwrite1: He presses his fists together and pulls
them away forming the same black chain you have seen before.
Meow the Great: *sighs*"Not this again*
Jun Nekkara: "Any clue as to what was going on? Was
he just stalling for time before?"
Tie Di Chiang: "It appears this is the only way you
shall be free brother"
DreaMwrite1: "I don't need the others to take care of
you three."
Tie Di Chiang: *crane stance*
Meow the Great: "Werent you the coward last time we
fought?"
DreaMwrite1: He swings his chain over his head and
shoots it off in Aira's direction.
Jun Nekkara: "You're chain did not work last time,
what makes you think it will be anymore effective this time around?"
Meow the Great: *dodges*(i need that dice roller tie,
i swear last time)

Meow the Great: *taps foot*(is it that slow? can i
just side step out of the way?)
DreaMwrite1: The chain swings around Aira's legs a
couple times and knocks her onto the ground(10 damage)
DreaMwrite1: "It will bring me great pleasure to end
your life." He says with a twisted grin.

DreaMwrite1: ((Then Tie again))
Jun Nekkara: "Garouki, same as last time. Free Aira
with your Soul Slash"
DreaMwrite1: ((Roll for Garouki))
Jun Nekkara: Rolled a 7 for Garouki. -2 for 5.
DreaMwrite1: The man lifts the chain in the air just
enough for Garouki to miss the target and go sailing under it.
DreaMwrite1: "Can't fool me twice."

electricity from his feat he creates a hole through the man's stomach.

Meow the Great: *looks up to see if its dead*
DreaMwrite1: The man whispers in Tie's ear...then
falls to the ground.
DreaMwrite1: Limp
Tie Di Chiang: "Be at peace brother. I pray you find
happiness in the next life..."
Meow the Great: *gets up from the chain around
legs*"What the hell did you do to piss em off"
DreaMwrite1: The chain disapears from Aira's legs as
soon as the man falls.
Tie Di Chiang: "Nothing."
Meow the Great: *rubs ankles a bit *
Jun Nekkara: *walks over to Tie* "From the way you
spoke before, I did not think you would be so sympathetic towards a demon"
Meow the Great: "Well what did you guys talk about,
did youf ind anything useful"
Tie Di Chiang: "I fear that these are not ordinary
demons but men... men corrupted somehow and granted the form and power of the
infernal"
Tie Di Chiang: "this one was a monk of my order... "
Meow the Great: "Wonderful, anything else you find
out"
Jun Nekkara: "I see. I feel your pain, but it you did
what had to be done. This was his release then. Perhaps he can find redemption
in the next life"
Meow the Great: "Did he say anything else useful?

Tie Di Chiang: "He knew I could not kill him in cold

Meow the Great: "Well im not. Perhaps one monk was
made corrupted who knows how many others are"
Tie Di Chiang: *checks for distinguishing
characteristics and objects of each body that could determine where they came
from*
Tie Di Chiang: *clothing style, tools of a trade,
etc.*
DreaMwrite1: The skeleton demon has been rendered to
ashes and a burnt black robe while the demonic creature has no markings on him.
DreaMwrite1: The man who had just died was wearing
black robes like the others which covered his entire body. No markings or
symbols on them.
Jun Nekkara: "Your logic makes since Aira, we can
start looking into it tomorrow. But for now, we should all try to get something
to eat and a good nights rest."
Jun Nekkara: "e will need our strength if we are to
do battle with more of these creatures"
Jun Nekkara: ((Ah! It was supposed to be We in the
beginning of that second one. Darn insert key))
Meow the Great: "I agree, *turns to tie*Perhaps you
cant believe more of your brothers are corrupted but its the only thing we have
to go on, we should get some rest and think on it tomorrow"
Meow the Great: "yes no maybe so?"
Tie Di Chiang: "I suppose so... what could he have
been doing so far from our homeland... was he on the same quest as I?..."
Meow the Great: "Quest....? What quest"
Tie Di Chiang: "this one. to fight demons"
Jun Nekkara: "Perhaps. Or, fear I to think it,
perhaps the corruption has begun somewhere closer to the home you once knew"
Meow the Great: "I think he was on another quest, to
hunt us down, did you tell any one where you were going when you left?
Meow the Great: "
Tie Di Chiang: "We come from the Middle Kingdom,
across the Western Sea... if that is so, we shall have an arduous path course
ahead fo us"
Meow the Great: "That is a bit far away to check to
see if i am right..."

DreaMwrite1: ((ChronalTap is thinking about joining
our game so he is just going to be a spectator to keep ya all up to date.))
Meow the Great: "Are you sure you didnt hear anything

Tie Di Chiang: "at times we leave the protection and
sancity of our temple to travel all the lands, giving aid to the helpless, and
strength to the weak... it has been years since I was there last"
Meow the Great: "Do you know any other groups of
monks that have traveled out?"
Meow the Great: "Perhaps they got corrupted or maybe
they are incontact with your homeland."
Tie Di Chiang: "perhaps... I myself have resided at
the temple on Mt. Hiei these past yeasr since we met last; some of my brothers
may have been sent as emissaries to the various Buddhist Mountains of this land"
DreaMwrite1: A cold breezes passes by all of you.
Meow the Great: *shivers a bit and looks around the
night sky*"We should get some rest"
Tie Di Chiang: "perhaps we should travel there
ourselves"
Jun Nekkara: "Then that is what we shall do.
Tomorrow"
Tie Di Chiang: "yes, you two continue... I must tend
to matters of some import"
Jun Nekkara: "This is not the time for more secrets.

Meow the Great: *takes a seat on a rock and rubs
ankle a bit more*
Tie Di Chiang: "I no not what religion these other
two practiced... I hope their gods will not be offended by a buddhist funeral.."
Meow the Great: "Be quick, id rather not see a
buddhist funeral in the first place"
Tie Di Chiang: *looks around for some wood to make a
funeral pyre*
Jun Nekkara: "If you wish to honor them, then I will
aid you. Tell me what is needed for one of your funerals"

DreaMwrite1: You gather some wood from the nearby
forest Tie.
Meow the Great: *Goes off to rest a bit while things
get taken care of waiting for the next day*
DreaMwrite1: Tie prepares and takes care of the
funeral of the three fallen men while Aira and Jun take a well deserved rest.
Tie Di Chiang: *makes 3 pyres, gathers bodies and
joins Jun in giving them their funeral rites*
DreaMwrite1: ((Well after the funeral is over...))
Jun Nekkara: *helps as is instructed*
Tie Di Chiang: -- the next morning...? --
DreaMwrite1: The next morning Tie is wakken from a
peaceful dream by a women yelling at him. The rest hear also.
Jun Nekkara: *will try to gather some of the nearby
plants and such to make as edible as a meal as possible before heading off to
sleep*
DreaMwrite1: ((Damnit I cant spell wakken but you got
the idea))

preist's daughter you had promised to marry. Tears are rolling down her face
while she attempts to explain to you what has happened. She is talking so fast
you are unable to understand what

Meow the Great: *looks at screaming woman*
DreaMwrite1: She is wearing red and white robes.
DreaMwrite1: "Oh Tie I have been searching for you
for a year and now I have finally found you. Its horrable. He is gone. I didnt
know what to do. Came. Lost. Needed help.
Meow the Great: "And you just happened to find us in
the middle of no where?"
Meow the Great: "Check if shes possessed again Jun"
DreaMwrite1: "I was told by the people at the
monestary that he had gone to the mountain to train yesterday."
Jun Nekkara: "Calm down priestess" *keeping my
distance* "Calm down. Who is gone? What exactly is lost?"
DreaMwrite1: "I do not like the tone you are speaking
to me with little girl."
Meow the Great: "And i dont like obsessed little
priestess that walk in to our camp screaming and yelling like some bitch"
DreaMwrite1: The girl bursts into tears again.
DreaMwrite1: She wraps her arms around Tie.
Jun Nekkara: *seeing that Tie will not (as he has
taken a bathroom break irl), reluctantly goes to comfort, but seeming very
uncomfortable about doing so*

to know there is something for you other than just hunting demons"

DreaMwrite1: She ignores you Aira while she hugs Tie.

about what has happened as she will not answer our questions"

Tie Di Chiang: "when I have fulfilled my vows we can
be together... but with yesterday's events, and those you tell me of now, I must
keep on my quest for a time yet.
Tie Di Chiang: "we fought 3 demons yesterday, of
whome at least on was a brother of my temple"

She begins wailing and crying over your shoulder again Tie.

speak to my fellows there of what has transpired"
Jun Nekkara: *looks to make sure Garouki hasn't acted
odd since she arrived* "I believe her."
DreaMwrite1: "Oh thank you Tie!" Her crying stops a
little bit.
Meow the Great: *sigh*"We dont need the extra
baggage"
DreaMwrite1: Garouki's head is still cocked sideways
with a confused look in his eyes.

DreaMwrite1: You are silent as you pack up your
things and get ready to move on.
Tie Di Chiang: "ladies first" *presents horse to

DreaMwrite1: Arashi waves his hands and a cloud
appears beneath him and Tanuki. "I will just watch from above for a while..."

Jun Nekkara: "We are not here to impress you. If we
are going to be saved, or be damned, then it is going to be for who we are"
DreaMwrite1: ((Heh betrothed to a girl you dont even

DreaMwrite1: Arashi and Tanuki fly up into the clouds
and disapear

DreaMwrite1: The young women climbs onto the horse
with Tie behind her.

he can lead the way to the temple.

DreaMwrite1: After you are all set you ride off to
the Temple on Mount Hiei.
Tie Di Chiang: (is it time for you to pack up your

DreaMwrite1: It is a few days journey from where all
of you have left off at, but you experience no problems on the way.

DreaMwrite1: At last you reach the mountain. It is
late at night with the full moon in the sky.
Jun Nekkara: "So, is this temple at the top of the
mountain, or closer to the base?"
DreaMwrite1: You and your horses are pretty tired
from the long walk...
Tie Di Chiang: "We Buddhists don't build temples at
the base of mountains ;-) "
Tie Di Chiang: "enlightenment must be strove for"
Jun Nekkara: "Much as I figured, but that being the
case, we should probably make camp here for the night"
Tie Di Chiang: "and strive we shall... all the way up
there..."
Jun Nekkara: "Last I checked, enlightment did not
matter how far you travel physically"
Jun Nekkara: "The journey we make with our bodies is
just a way to find our way spiritually"

the journey itself"
Jun Nekkara: "Then it should not matter if it is at
the top, not the bottom. But this is a discussion for another day. For now, we
should rest before our journey tomorrow"

through the night with all the noise Tie is making. Jun and Garouki are sleeping

DreaMwrite1: Jun you are jolted awake. Garouki is
still resting.
Meow the Great: "Cant you sleep properly any more?"
Tie Di Chiang: "excuse me... I had... a dream"
Jun Nekkara: *looks around to see what has awoken me*
Meow the Great: "More like a nightmare, blabbering
all night"
Jun Nekkara: "So tell me, what was this dream you
had?"
DreaMwrite1: Garouki opens his eyes, gets up, and
turns toward the temple.
DreaMwrite1: Then he begins to howl.
Meow the Great: *turns head*
DreaMwrite1: The preistess, lying next to Tie, turns
toward him. "Are you ok dear?"
Tie Di Chiang: "it was just a dream... "
Jun Nekkara: *looks at Garouki howlin and then at the
temple* "I do not like this"
Tie Di Chiang: *gets up at Garouki's howling and
looks toward temple*
Jun Nekkara: "A dream that woke you and the rest of
us up. It sounds like something more than that"
Meow the Great: "Atleast you got to sleep"
Tie Di Chiang: "perhaps it was not a dream but a
vision..."
DreaMwrite1: The lights are all off within the
temple.
Tie Di Chiang: (does that mean my HP and EP are
restored?)
Jun Nekkara: ((you mean the candles))
DreaMwrite1: ((Yes it is Tie. A few days ago))
Tie Di Chiang: (torches and lamps :-D )
DreaMwrite1: ((Lights can be candles and torches
too))
Tie Di Chiang: (well you made it sound like they had
simple turned off the switches ;-)
DreaMwrite1: ((Do you guys go back to sleep or
what?))
Tie Di Chiang: "this is not good... there is no light
in the temple"
Jun Nekkara: "Should there be? Even at this time?"
Meow the Great: "Good, i hate the light"
Meow the Great: "Now lets go back to bed"
Jun Nekkara: ((how rested are we anyways?))
Tie Di Chiang: "perhaps we simply cannot see it from
this distance
Tie Di Chiang: *sits back down but remains wary of an
attack*
DreaMwrite1: Its still nighttime...
DreaMwrite1: You all lay down and go back to sleep.
Tie Di Chiang: *is perhaps to jazzed to sleep*
DreaMwrite1: The nightmares end for now and everyone
sleep soundly
Tie Di Chiang: *but attempts it anyway*
Jun Nekkara: *lays down, but now seems more uneasy*
"We should keep a watch"
Meow the Great: *tries to go back to sleep*
Jun Nekkara: "I'll take first"
DreaMwrite1: Everyone is asleep but you Jun...

Tie Di Chiang: (don't trust garouki to watch over
you?)
Jun Nekkara: *looks up the mountain and wonders what
is up there*
DreaMwrite1: A few hours of watching you notice a
shadow in the distance. You are very tired now.
Jun Nekkara: *rubs eyes and looks in that direction*
DreaMwrite1: It is gone now Jun.
Jun Nekkara: *gets up and walks over to the general
area (keeping some distance just in case)*
Jun Nekkara: *tries to stay as quiet as possible to
listen for noises*
DreaMwrite1: Roll 2D6 Jun

DreaMwrite1: You notice a shadow move by, closer now,
and it seems to be about the size of a human.
Jun Nekkara: "Come out! Whoever you are. Its no good
hiding"
DreaMwrite1: There is no answer...
Jun Nekkara: *heads back to the camp and stands in
the center of it (or as close as possible)*
DreaMwrite1: You see a yellow glow of light in the
distance Jun. Hovering...
Jun Nekkara: *closes his eyes* Forces of the great
beyond, protectors of all that is good. Please protect this place from the
forces that would harm us. Drive off this foul darkness" *opens his eyes* "Ward
of Protection"
Jun Nekkara: *hand is in front of him, fingers facing
the sky*
DreaMwrite1: The area around you is surrounded in a
small glow as tiny symbols are marked into the ground.
DreaMwrite1: Everyone continues to sleep soundly.
Jun Nekkara: *opens his eyes and looks at the pair of
glowing yellow eyes*
Tie Di Chiang: (comfortably ignorant we are :-D )
DreaMwrite1: ((It was one large yellow glow you can't
make out if they were eyes or not.))
DreaMwrite1: The yellow glow is gone now.
Jun Nekkara: *eyes close somewhat as he is still
rather tired*
DreaMwrite1: Jun you go to sleep with the others.
Being unable to stay awake any longer after performing that technique.
Jun Nekkara: *sits down where he was standing and
begins to wait. Falls asleep while waiting*
Jun Nekkara: ((Or that works too))
DreaMwrite1: ((Heh they both do ;-) ))
DreaMwrite1: The rest of the night goes without
problems and everyone sleeps soundly. You all wake up to birds chirping as the
sun rises in the distance.
Tie Di Chiang: (one of those birds a blue jay? :-D )
DreaMwrite1: ((Maybe ;-) ))
Jun Nekkara: *lets out a loud yawn. He covers his
eyes with his hand* "Morning already?"
Tie Di Chiang: "what happened to rotating watches?"
DreaMwrite1: ((Aira wakes up too...))
Meow the Great: *rubs eyes looks around*
Jun Nekkara: "Sorry, something came in the night. So
I tried to set up a ward around the camp. The effort must've been too much for
me"
DreaMwrite1: "Goodmorning my beloved." says the young
preistess in a light whisper to Tie.
Tie Di Chiang: "ah well, looks like it worked then"
Meow the Great: *sighs*
Tie Di Chiang: "good moring"
DreaMwrite1: "Shall we begin our hike?"
Jun Nekkara: "There was something here last night. It
had glowing eyes"
Tie Di Chiang: "the temple is nigh, thus we should
go"
Tie Di Chiang: *packs up and prepares for the trek up
the mountain*
Jun Nekkara: "When I suggested it come out of hiding,
it told me that it was not yet time. If it is the temple, getting closer to it
no doubt has caught someone's attention"
Jun Nekkara: "I do believe we are suspected though"
Tie Di Chiang: "then we best beware"
Meow the Great: *Starts up the mountian*
Tie Di Chiang: *rides up the mountain path*
Jun Nekkara: *gets his things together and heads up
the mountain as well*
DreaMwrite1: Aira gets a head start and begins riding
up the mountain toward the temple with Tie and Jun close behind.
Jun Nekkara: ((Wow, the path to the temple has a
horse path? What a difficult road :-P))
Tie Di Chiang: ( :-D realistically the postioning of
the temples on mountaintops is as much tactical as spiritual )
Jun Nekkara: ((just an idol comment, lucky Jun
doesn't make such comments))
DreaMwrite1: You travel up toward the temple with
only minor difficulty.
Jun Nekkara: "So, can you give us any clue what we
should see when we reach the temple Tie?"
Tie Di Chiang: *if this was an anime, large swirly
things would be appearing behind my head*
Tie Di Chiang: "monks"
Tie Di Chiang: "and perhaps on occasional pilgrim"
Jun Nekkara: "I was more asking so we can get clues
as to if anything is wrong"
DreaMwrite1: As you approach the temple you notice
that the walls are pretty beat up and there is some marking on the doorway.
Tie Di Chiang: "I have no doubt that something is
wrong... exactly what I intend to discover"
Meow the Great: "Looks like we missed the party"*Get
down from horse and looks around*
Jun Nekkara: *surveys the rest of the area, seeing if
anything is watching us*
Tie Di Chiang: *dismounts* "you stay here"
Meow the Great: "Silly baggage"
DreaMwrite1: There are only rocks and the occasional
lizard or snake out there.
Tie Di Chiang: *approaches main doorway*
DreaMwrite1: ((Not at the temple but the rest of the
area))
Jun Nekkara: *dismounts* "Garouki, stay here and
guard the priestess. Keep your ears open. If someone is to approach, they will
no doubt make noise first"
DreaMwrite1: As you approach the doorway Tie you find
that the symbol on it is written in blood...
DreaMwrite1: Garouki is wimpering.
Tie Di Chiang: (a familiar symbol?)
DreaMwrite1: You cannot read the writting on it Tie.
It is no symbol you have seen before.
Jun Nekkara: "I see"
Meow the Great: (any way i can see if i can read it
or where it came from with : History, Urban Legends ?)
Tie Di Chiang: *enters temple cautiously*
Jun Nekkara: "Perhaps this is not the time to
separate. I believe that the same presence from before may be here"

DreaMwrite1: Tie, you feel a tingle as you open the
door but nothing more.
Jun Nekkara: "I would be careful upon entering that
place. This symbol is...there is something wrong about it. Other than the fact
that it is written in blood"

purged... innocent travelers may find their deaths here if we do not"

Tie Di Chiang: *cautiously proceed into the temple*
DreaMwrite1: When you walk in Tie you find a horrable
site. Blood is strewn on the walls. People torn to shreds, some appear melted.
DreaMwrite1: You find a few monks there attempting to
mend the injured.
Jun Nekkara: *places his arm in front of the doorway,
almost as if he was trying to sense something, then slowly through the doorway
before entering it himself*
DreaMwrite1: "Oh thank goodness a brother has come to
help. Welcome." says one of the monks.
Tie Di Chiang: "my brothers, what has happened?"
DreaMwrite1: ((Roll 2D6 Jun.))
Jun Nekkara: Rolled 8
DreaMwrite1: "It was horrable. Many of the monks went
mad and began destroying the temple. They opened the door and some
shadowy...thing entered and tore everyone to shreds. Only the strongest of us
were able to survive the attack.
DreaMwrite1: "We couldn't make out anything beyond
this yellow glow..."
DreaMwrite1: ((Roll 2D6 everyone))

DreaMwrite1: Jun when you attempt to walk in you are
shocked with nerve wrenching pain(10 damage)
Jun Nekkara: ((Oh boy, this can't be good. These
rolls are getting higher and higher))
DreaMwrite1: Tie and Aira notice some odd claw marks
on the walls.
Jun Nekkara: *clutches chest and takes a step back*
Meow the Great: *heads over to em*
Tie Di Chiang: "did the monks who went mad suffer any
sort of transfiguration?"
Tie Di Chiang: *looks at claw marks*
DreaMwrite1: "No none of them, but their energy, it
was...dark."
DreaMwrite1: You both look over the claw marks. The
stone has three green claw marks on it.
DreaMwrite1: The marks are very deep within the
stone..
Tie Di Chiang: "well something made these scratches"
Jun Nekkara: *walks over to them* "A yellow glow and
a shadowy figure. Sounds like what I saw last night. Apparently, it hasn't went
very far"
Tie Di Chiang: "are you okay?"
Jun Nekkara: *turns to the monk that was telling the
story* "How long ago did this happen?"

DreaMwrite1: "We were attacked late last night."

DreaMwrite1: "Sigh it appears the monks who attacked
us have left now with the mysterious force."
Tie Di Chiang: "sounds like the same story"
Tie Di Chiang: "do any of the survivor's require
medical attention?"
Jun Nekkara: *looks around the surrounding area*
DreaMwrite1: "Yes they do. We would appretiate any
help friend."
Tie Di Chiang: "one moment"
Tie Di Chiang: *heads back to doorway*
DreaMwrite1: "I am afraid they will be able to
provide you with as much information as I have told you. It was pitch black in
the monestary when we were attacked."
Tie Di Chiang: "My sweet, by any chance do you know
the healer's art?"
DreaMwrite1: "Yes of course I will come help if there
is a problem."
Tie Di Chiang: "we shall need your help then"
DreaMwrite1: She gets off her horse and walks toward
the temple. "Anything for you Tie."
Jun Nekkara: *if seeing nothing else unusual in the
area, heads over to one of the injured, but turns to the monk that has been
talking* "Tell me, do you know what the symbol on the door means"
Jun Nekkara: "Tie, I would not have her enter if I
were you"
Tie Di Chiang: "hold"
DreaMwrite1: She walks toward the temple door and
then screams and falls over backwords, convulsing.
Meow the Great: *starts exploring and looking for
clues*
Tie Di Chiang: *runs over to her*
DreaMwrite1: You run over to her Tie and she appears
to be in shock.
Tie Di Chiang: "that symbol... it is like the seals
you use isn't it?"
Jun Nekkara: *grunts in frustration and said softly*
"I spoke too late" *shouts over to Tie* "Can you help her?"
Tie Di Chiang: *yelled back to Jun*
DreaMwrite1: She is breathing heavely now.
Jun Nekkara: "I have no clue. I can't recognize it at
all. I have wondered about the same thing though"

against good. That is why I did not want her to enter"

Jun Nekkara: "However, this is all guess work and I
have no way of knowing if any of it is true"
Meow the Great: *looks at all the pretty blood as she
explores*

Tie Di Chiang: (I'll temporarily increase my Mind to

Jun Nekkara: *waits to hear Tie's answer if he can
help her or not*

get her heart beating.

down her eyes.

very close)
Tie Di Chiang: "what will happen if we destroy the
ward?"
Jun Nekkara: *looks over to the other monks to see
their reaction to her being okay*
Jun Nekkara: "In truth, I don't know. I'm not even
sure if it can be destroyed so easily"
Jun Nekkara: "As I said, I've had no experience with
anything like that before"
Meow the Great: *heads back over to the group*
DreaMwrite1: The monks are all focused in their work
on the others.
Tie Di Chiang: I shall try a tiger bullet on the
warded door
Jun Nekkara: *starts working on one of the wounded
monks*
Tie Di Chiang: "let me up a moment" *stands*
Meow the Great: "One of the monks appears to have
been writing something... started with the letters AKU"
Tie Di Chiang: "Tiger... Bullet!"
Tie Di Chiang: *fweeeeezhhh*

door and out the other side into the distance.

Jun Nekkara: "Before she passes again, maybe I should
try. I was the only one that felt something when I entered anyways"

Jun Nekkara: *once done helping the monk I am working
on, heads over to the door*
DreaMwrite1: You head over to the door and feel no
adverse affects.
Jun Nekkara: *heads out, then back in (just in case
it is a one way thing), but okay*
Jun Nekkara: "Tie, can I speak with you for a moment.
In private"
DreaMwrite1: You are fine Jun
DreaMwrite1: The young preistess, looking sad,
watches as Tie walks away.
Jun Nekkara: ((Would include Aira if she wasn't so
busy questioning monks))
Jun Nekkara: *once a part from the others (mainly
worried about the monks in the temple)* "Did you notice the dark rings around
their eyes?"
Tie Di Chiang: *follows Jun*
Tie Di Chiang: "no... but I did on the one from
yesterday, the man with the chain"
Meow the Great: (which btw im not)
Tie Di Chiang: "you believe these 'survivor' to be
the attackers?"
Meow the Great: (cause DM is a nub)
Jun Nekkara: "I've noticed it on the man I was
healing as well. Is there some kind of custom you know with your people that
involves such marks?"
Tie Di Chiang: "no. we do not mark our eyes"
Tie Di Chiang: "it is not a practice I am familiar
with from any culture"
Jun Nekkara: "Not necessarily the same attackers, but
perhaps the like. Perhaps they are becoming something like that...if we cannot
find a way to stop it that is"
Jun Nekkara: "Its hard to say at the moment. But I
felt you should be aware of it"
Tie Di Chiang: "we should return then and see what we
can do"
Tie Di Chiang: *heads back to doorway*
Jun Nekkara: *puts his hand on Tie's shoulder* "You
do realize, that if we cannot help them, we may need to end each of their
sufferings as well"
Tie Di Chiang: "you should stay with me for now"
