Game 2: Subway Sandwich
(12:07:13) ChatBot: Prysus enters the channel. (12:07:23) (PC)Alec): *Hugs!* (12:07:25) ChatBot: Monkra enters the channel. (12:07:42) ChatBot: Monkra is now known as (Lurking_Mon). (12:07:46) Prysus: I should be ready in anotehr 10 minutes or so. (12:07:51) Prysus: I just want to finish the opening scene. (12:15:38) ChatBot: Prysus is now known as (GM)(Prysus). (12:16:14) (GM)(Prysus): Okay, ready?
(12:16:21)
(PC)Alec):
Ready! (12:17:05) (GM)(Prysus): Okay, incoming copy/paste (and warning for content).
(12:17:26)
(GM)(Prysus):
A woman walks down the sidewalk. Streetlights illuminate her path at this time
of night. In her arms s holds her small son, his head rests snoozing on his
mommy's shoulder. She stops, looking around as if she's heard or sensed
something. There's nothing there, just her and her son alone on the street.
Still she looks nervous, and quickly heads down the stairs to the subway. She
approaches the platform and a train is already pulling up. When the doors open
she takes another look around, then hurries on the train. As the doors close
behind her she closes her eyes and mumbles to herself, "It's midnight and you're
just jump. Calm down."
(12:17:30)
(GM)(Prysus):
"Sorry," she tells him. She holds her son close to her body, as if to keep him
away from the old man and protect him. The old man moves on through the car
looking for more people that he can beg for change. With the old man moved
passed now she goes and takes a seat. Exhaling a deep breath she says, "Karen, I
don't care what your excuse is, I'm never going to forgive you for ditching us
there."
(12:17:38)
(GM)(Prysus):
Her hand moves onto his head, stroking in gently and keeping it close to her
body. With a shaky voice she says, "Just put your head back down now baby. Go
back to sleep." The expression on her face though shows her horror. Not much
further down the subway car blood is splattered across the floor and onto the
walls and windows. Limbs of the old man lie severed, but the bulk of him looks
like it's been minced into millions of little pieces. The subway car continues
to push forward through the tunnel and the car goes dark again. (12:20:32) (GM)(Prysus): Alec sits in school. The teacher at the front of the class is reading from a book. Outside is a beautiful day, warm and bright. Birds fly passed the window and land on the tree outside. Three small birds chirp a bigger carries a worm in its beak. The school chimes sound indicate the end of the day. (12:21:39) (GM)(Prysus): ((I'll let you pick up from there.)) (12:22:48) (PC)Alec): *heads out, yawning and stretching. Pulls his "plastic" sword out of his bag and puts it on as he heads over to where his ride is. Goes at a sedate pace, and wonders if it will be May or Eldrich to pick him up today.* (12:24:41) (GM)(Prysus): ((Hmm ... I had just taken for granted he'd walk. But ...)) May, definitely May would be his ride.
(12:24:55)
(PC)Alec):
(well, if the school was close enough, he'd walk (12:25:48) (PC)Alec): (that would be GM call)
(12:25:55)
(GM)(Prysus):
I'm flexible. Though if it's a ride he's helping go shopping and carry
groceries. (12:26:38) (PC)Alec): *goes along, keeping a straight face as he's carrying stacks of waterbottles and other groceries heavier than he is, not daring to grumble in case May gives him a lecture.* (12:28:53) (GM)(Prysus): When they get home Eldritch is sitting at the table drinking a cup of coffee. He holds a folded up newspaper in his hand and appears to be reading it. There is zero effort to help with groceries, not even so much as an acknowledgement. (12:31:17) (PC)Alec): *helps put the groceries away and does his homework, grumbling at the math problems, and puts a frozen pizza in the oven.* (12:31:33) (GM)(Prysus): Eldritch places the paper down on the table. "Make sure you get some rest. We're going to be out late tonight." The paper on the table shows an article on the incident in the subway. (12:32:07) (PC)Alec): *looks up attentively.* "What kind is it? I'm guessing something bigger than a feeder?" *takes a look at the article.* (12:38:30) (GM)(Prysus): Eldritch, "Don't know yet, but a pattern has been displayed. Same target area, always around midnight. There have been three victims so far, the most recent last night. Two witnesses and neither one of them saw anything. Whatever it is, if you've been paying attention to the lessons I've been teaching you it shouldn't be a problem." Eldritch lessons: "Blah, blah, blah. Blah, blah." Always about the weaknesses or habits to make hunting a demon easier, but Alec is so strong that it's not something he's ever needed. Besides, Eldritch is so boring when he teaches. ((GM Note: That's my way of saying you don't have Cultural Arts: Occultism.))
(12:39:18)
(PC)Alec):
(*puts it as a placeholder (12:40:06) (PC)Alec): "Alright, I'll get some sleep while you two go and have fun." (12:42:22) ChatBot: Chaos enters the channel. (12:43:05) (GM)(Prysus): Eldritch walks out of the room with his hands in his pockets. (12:43:15) ChatBot: Chaos leaves the channel. (12:43:55) (PC)Alec): *Watches TV until really late, eats way too much pizza, and then finally crashes out and sleeps.*
(12:44:39)
(PC)Alec):
(and at some point at least finishes his homework (12:44:49) (PC)Alec): (brb, laundry) (12:48:12) (GM)(Prysus): Scene for fun: Eldritch enters into the library and starts walking down on of the aisles. As he does he suddenly stops and turns. His gaze is towards an area of dark shadows. He kneels with a closed fist placed over his heart, bowing his head as he says, "My lord." There is a pause. Then he says, "He is strong, but the truth is I don't know if he's ready. He still relies too heavily on the power provided. I fear his strength may never grow more than it is now. At this rate, he may never be ready." Another pause before he adds, "Yes, my lord." (12:51:11) (GM)(Prysus): And okay, ready to move on to the mission? Or would you rather take care of something else first? I'm in no particular rush.
(12:51:22)
(PC)Alec):
(ready to move on. (12:56:56) (GM)(Prysus): Eldritch and Alec stand on the subway platform as a train zooms passed. The pull from the train's speed causes the end of Eldritch's long coat to flutter like in a strong wind. Standing there Eldritch says, "In the last week three people have died on the same route, same area, and same time. The first was a student, upper classman who also took martial arts classes at a local dojo. He was considered one of their most talented students. The next was a street thug. He was in the middle of robbing someone when he became a victim. The third was a former war veteran." (12:57:47) (PC)Alec): "All these people are warriors... that could mean something." (12:58:03) (PC)Alec): "So why weren't you guys attacked?" (13:01:30) (GM)(Prysus): Eldritch, "I'm glad you noticed the pattern. I was hoping I wouldn't need to explain it to you." *The way he says it though sounds like he had actually expected he would need to.* "As for myself, I've never had a reason to take this route before. Only those entering into its territory at a specific time seem to be attacked." (13:03:28) (PC)Alec): *sticks a finger in his ear to scratch at a random itch, then frowns. Ignores the subtle insult.* "So... tonight we're going there to see if it attacks you and me?" (13:05:06) (PC)Alec): "We take the same route in the subway that the people died on?" (13:05:16) (GM)(Prysus): Eldritch, "That is the plan. Any objections?" (13:06:12) (PC)Alec): *shakes his head.* "Guess not. At least it won't be too crowded at this hour." *gets on the subway and sprawls on a seat that looks clean enough.* (13:08:43) (GM)(Prysus): Eldritch enters. He seems so calm and nonchalante about the whole thing. He doesn't sit, but continues standing. Without even leaning or holding onto any bars and handles he appears to maintain perfect balance. (13:09:10) (PC)Alec): *checks sixth sense every so often, keeping his eyes shut and using his abilities to try to sense anything that shouldn't be there.* (13:11:33) (GM)(Prysus): The train rattles along the tracks. A digital clock reads 12:00 am. The time changes to 12:01 am. Lights on the subway car go down for a second, a common enough occurence. The car just stays dark. Alec can sense there's something else on the car with them. (13:12:13) (PC)Alec): *draws his sword with a soft click, but doesn't otherwise move. Waits until that 'something else' gets closer.*
(13:12:40)
(PC)Alec):
*hides his sword under a newspaper or something similar.* (13:12:44) (GM)(Prysus): In the middle of the car is a glowing tear in space, a blue-white rift. (13:13:16) (PC)Alec): *gets to his feet quickly, as the rift is rather visible and obvious, sword ready.* (13:14:27) (GM)(Prysus): Alec, roll 2D6 (Mind stat). (13:14:31) ChatBot: (GM)(Prysus) rolls 2d6 and gets (3,4)=7. (13:14:32) ChatBot: (PC)Alec) rolls 2d6 and gets (1,5)=6.
(13:14:37)
(PC)Alec):
( fail (13:19:11) (GM)(Prysus): Eldritch, "Interesting." *He looks around them for a moment, then straight ahead towards the rift and at the same direction as Alec.* "It looks like we have an invitation." (13:20:53) (PC)Alec): "Invitation from who? Or what?" (13:26:04) (GM)(Prysus): Eldritch, "Looks like a Trap Door demon. It connects two worlds with a doorway, in this case our world and its. Anything that gets too close to the doorway is pulled in and devoured. Though its habits are odd for a Trap Door demon. Instinct should have caused it to attack as soon as someone came close. Instead, it's just waiting for us to act."
(13:27:23)
(PC)Alec):
"Maybe it's smarter than most? Heh, who cares, it looks like we've just been
invited to a party.
(13:35:12)
(GM)(Prysus):
Eldritch enters right behind Alec. When they enter they find themselves on a
large circular stone platform. Surrounding them are various other platforms,
with the bottoms coming down to rocky points as if all lifted up out of the
ground and now just small floating islands. The air in the distance is red, or
maybe some type of barrier. In front of Alec and Eldritch is a giant mostrous
looking figure. This being is hunched over like an ape, leaning on its arms for
support. Spikes run up all along its arms, and fangs protrude from its maw.
There are at least eight eyes that run up its face. As they enter a pointed
tongue extends from its maw towards them and seems to taste the very air itself,
and the tongue bears a striking resemblence to a Feeder's tongue.
(13:35:33)
(PC)Alec):
"What kind is it then? (13:37:14) (PC)Alec): *has his sword out and is crouched, ready to attack this thing*
(13:38:36)
(GM)(Prysus):
Eldritch, "Devourer. They eat other demons and strong beings, feed on their
power and incorporate their victim's powers into themselves. It must've fed on a
Trap Door, and I count signs of at least four other types of demons across its
flesh." (13:39:32) (PC)Alec): "Devourer... well, it looks like this time you bit off more than you can chew!" *gives a sinister smile, and attacks.* (13:40:54) (GM)(Prysus): Okay, I'll let you roll initiative with the Devourer. (13:40:57) ChatBot: (GM)(Prysus) rolls 1d6 and gets (6)=6. (13:41:09) ChatBot: (PC)Alec) rolls 1d6 and gets (4)=4.
(13:41:20)
(PC)Alec):
(aww (13:42:44) (GM)(Prysus): As Alec charges in, the Devourer lifts up one of its arms, a long blade protrusion extends from its hand as brings it down right on Alec's position. Rock and debris fly up into the air from the impact. ((Now let's see if Alec was caught in that or not.)) (13:42:48) ChatBot: (GM)(Prysus) rolls 2d6 and gets (6,5)=11. (13:42:55) ChatBot: (PC)Alec) rolls 2d6 and gets (6,1)=7. (13:42:58) (GM)(Prysus): Looks like not. :p (13:43:00) (PC)Alec): *tries to leap out of the way* (13:43:17) (GM)(Prysus): Alec's turn (and don't forget your have two attacks). (13:43:23) (PC)Alec): *leaps using the falling rocks/ debris as platforms to launch himself into his next attack.* (13:43:39) (PC)Alec): *then slices downwards into the Devourer* (13:44:08) ChatBot: (PC)Alec) rolls 2d6 and gets (2,4)=6. (13:44:17) (GM)(Prysus): Defense ... (13:44:20) ChatBot: (GM)(Prysus) rolls 2d6 and gets (5,4)=9. (13:44:23) (PC)Alec): ( / 10 ) (13:44:32) (GM)(Prysus): That ... won't do it either. You hit. (13:44:38) (GM)(Prysus): What's your damage again? (13:44:58) (PC)Alec): (51) (13:47:01) (GM)(Prysus): brb (13:51:41) ChatBot: (Lurking_Mon) leaves the channel. (13:51:45) ChatBot: (Lurking_Mon) enters the channel. (13:55:21) (GM)(Prysus): Returned.
(13:55:32)
(PC)Alec):
welcome back (13:56:10) (GM)(Prysus): Before I continue ... remember you have two attacks (unless you wanted that to count for both). (13:56:43) (PC)Alec): wasn't sure if the jumping up on the boulders counted as an action or not (13:57:25) (GM)(Prysus): I'm going to be a nice GM and say no. While I could, it provides no practical bonus other than visuals and I'm not going to penalize a character for looking cool. (13:57:32) (PC)Alec): if not... *once he lands will slash back upwards* (13:57:35) ChatBot: (PC)Alec) rolls 2d6 and gets (2,1)=3. (13:57:45) (GM)(Prysus): Needs a crit (2) ...
(13:57:53)
(GM)(Prysus):
Wait ... it doesn't have Extra Attacks. You hit. (13:58:02) (PC)Alec): (teehee. 51) (14:00:20) (GM)(Prysus): The slash of Alec tears down and across the body of the Devourer. Once he lands Alec slashes upward again. Both slashes make a giant 'X' cut across the body of the Devourer as it moves and howls from the damage. (14:01:36) (GM)(Prysus): Devourer, "You're strong little one. I'm going to enjoy feasting on your bones and adding your power to mine!" *His tongue comes out of its mouth, stretching along with the mobility of a charmed snake as it attempts to wrap around Alec and ensnare him in its grasp.* (14:01:40) ChatBot: (GM)(Prysus) rolls 2d6 and gets (2,2)=4. (14:01:56) (GM)(Prysus): That actually stands a chance of connecting. (14:02:09) (PC)Alec): *tries to dodge out of the way* (14:02:11) ChatBot: (PC)Alec) rolls 2d6 and gets (1,3)=4. (14:02:38) (PC)Alec): (7) (14:05:45) (GM)(Prysus): Alec finds his body wrapped up in the Devourer's tongue, which is a combination of Feeder tongue and who knows whatelse. His arms and sword are pinned to his side within the grasp of the Devourer's tongue. He won't be able to attack the Devourer, or even use his sword as long as he's tangled in the tongue. (14:06:03) (GM)(Prysus): His turn (2 actions/attacks, though I suggest listing them one at a time). (14:06:37) (PC)Alec): *makes his protective forcefield first* (14:07:24) (GM)(Prysus): Okay, that won't be a problem, but it won't help him get out of his predictament either.
(14:08:34)
(PC)Alec):
"So you have the power of demons in you, huh?
(14:09:09)
(PC)Alec):
(I don't know if it will work, but darn it it's worth a shot (14:10:02) (GM)(Prysus): That is ... an interesting idea! One I hadn't considered, so I'm going to give it a chance. You'll have to roll to strike, and it gets a defense roll. If you succeed, I'll allow it. If you don't, then that tactic won't work (meaning you won't be able to use that technique for any of the other features either). (14:10:14) ChatBot: (PC)Alec) rolls 2d6 and gets (4,4)=8. (14:10:21) ChatBot: (GM)(Prysus) rolls 2d6 and gets (4,2)=6.
(14:10:45)
(PC)Alec):
( sooo close... / 7 (14:13:19) (GM)(Prysus): ((*Looks.**Looks.**Looks.* Okay, yeah, I was just glancing over your character sheet to see if you missed something that might help, but I'm not finding anything.))
(14:15:36)
(PC)Alec):
(was worth a shot (14:18:45) (GM)(Prysus): The Devourer runs one of its blades along Alec's face. His body field deflects part of the damage as bone blade streaks across the energy field until the field snaps and the bone slices into Alec's cheek causing blood to start to trickle down. "9 demons at last count, but there is always room for one more." The tongue is withdrawing and preparing to bring Alec into its mouth (which will be its next action). As long as Alec remains tangled within the tongue he won't be able to launch any attacks against the Devourer, and without mobility of his arms he can't use his sword. (14:20:11) (PC)Alec): *with a roar that would make Johny Yong Bosch proud uses all his strength to break free of the grip.* (14:21:35) (GM)(Prysus): Okay, what's your Super Strength damage ... plus ACV? ((This is your standard damage.)) (14:22:01) (PC)Alec): ( 8 ) (14:23:36) (GM)(Prysus): So you have no Super Strength? (14:23:47) (PC)Alec): (Oh! Damag) (14:23:59) (PC)Alec): (for some reason I read that as Super Strength + ACV) (14:24:08) (PC)Alec): ((46) (14:24:31) (GM)(Prysus): Your Super Strength is level 4? (14:25:09) (PC)Alec): (no, it's level 2 ) (14:25:16) (PC)Alec): (+20 in close range damage per level)
(14:25:29)
(PC)Alec):
(isn't it? (14:25:37) (GM)(Prysus): So ... 26, not 46 then.
(14:25:46)
(PC)Alec):
(or did I calculate wrong >_< and it's 10 per level? (14:25:52) (PC)Alec): (26. (14:31:44) (GM)(Prysus): Alec starts to push out with all of his might. The tongue stretches as he pushes it outward. The Devourer starts to look shocked, then tries harder to keep him pinned. This is a battle of strength in body and of will. As Alec continues to use his strength he gets some maneuvering room. ((GM: First attack. You have one more. I'll let you decide if you'd rather continue using your strength, or if you'd rather use your sword. I'll note that either one will be enough to break free the tangle, which can only survive 30 damage.)) (14:31:57) (GM)(Prysus): Or you can try to do something else. (14:32:49) (PC)Alec): *will use his strength* (14:36:21) (GM)(Prysus): Alec continues to press outward with his arms until the tongue rips. Bits of fleshy tongue splatter across the platform as the Devourer screams, the rest of its severed tongue flailing around from its lips. Suddenly the Devourer stops moving and screaming. The tongue then starts to regenerate right before Alec's eyes. Devourer sets itself on the ground as it looks at Alec. "You're going to pay for that!" (14:36:49) (GM)(Prysus): Reeling from pain, regenerating the tongue, and getting set for its next attack is its turn. Your move (2 actions). (14:37:09) (PC)Alec): *smirks and flexes his muscles.* "Funny thing about that... I don't have any cash." (14:37:14) ChatBot: Hibik enters the channel. (14:37:17) (GM)(Prysus): ((And, as a reminder, the force field did drop.)) (14:37:49) (PC)Alec): "I guess I'll have to write some I O Us." *puts his forcefield up as he talks, and then attacks with a slash for the eyes.* (14:37:53) ChatBot: (PC)Alec) rolls 2d6 and gets (4,5)=9. (14:38:10) ChatBot: (GM)(Prysus) rolls 2d6 and gets (3,3)=6. (14:38:24) (GM)(Prysus): What's your ACV? (14:38:35) (PC)Alec): ( 10 ) (14:38:39) (PC)Alec): (with the sword) (14:39:55) (GM)(Prysus): Hmm ... 'kay. (14:42:33) (GM)(Prysus): Alec moves in and manages to stab his sword into the large eye of the giant Devourer. The demon's head whips back, lifting Alec up by the sword still impaled into the head of the great beast. From force and speed Alec finds himself in the air and entirely upside down as he holds onto his sword. While in mid-air, the Devourer swings around one of its massive arms with bone blade extended. The attack is wild, swung by instinct and not precise aim, but not less deadly. (14:42:36) ChatBot: (GM)(Prysus) rolls 2d6 and gets (2,1)=3. (14:43:39) (PC)Alec): *tries to dodge out of the way of the blow* (14:43:42) ChatBot: (PC)Alec) rolls 2d6 and gets (4,2)=6. (14:43:51) (PC)Alec): (but probably not with that roll... /7 ) (14:44:06) (GM)(Prysus): Not with that roll. (14:45:45) (GM)(Prysus): The bone blade slams into the much smaller body of Alec. This time the attack not only rips through the force field, but into the flesh of Alec as well. ((30 damage. Last time it tore down the field it was merely playing with its food, which is why he had only a cut.)) (14:45:52) (GM)(Prysus): Your turn (both of them). (14:46:47) (PC)Alec): *slams his feet into the head of the creature, (Kick) then bends his knees with his feet firmly planted and leaps off.* (14:46:53) (PC)Alec): (freeing his sword) (14:46:55) ChatBot: (PC)Alec) rolls 2d6 and gets (6,3)=9. (14:47:12) (PC)Alec): ( /9 w/o sword bonus :-? ) (14:48:55) (GM)(Prysus): Okay. I'm going to allow it (because that close to its head the thing will have trouble defending such a small target). That's 26 damage (Super Strength damage + ACV). You still have another attack. (14:50:43) (PC)Alec): *with his sword now in his possession, will slash at the Devourer's arm* (14:50:45) ChatBot: (PC)Alec) rolls 2d6 and gets (1,4)=5. (14:51:38) ChatBot: (GM)(Prysus) rolls 2d6 and gets (1,4)=5. (14:53:11) (GM)(Prysus): And, since you have a higher ACV (with sword) then its DCV ... that will be a hit. (14:53:52) (PC)Alec): (51 dmg) (15:00:05) (GM)(Prysus): Alec kicks off the face of the Devourer. As he does he leaps up, pulling his sword down. When he comes back down he brings the full force of his sword down on one of the arms of the Devourer. Steel of his sword connects and Alec lands on his feet on the ground. Alec stands there with his sword, blood trickling down the blade. The large, bulky arm of the Devourer falls to the ground, causing the entire floating island to shudder from the impact. Having used its arms as balance and to often stand, the Devourer half falls over. "You little bastard! Look at what you did to me! I hate you!" Despite the demonic voice it sounds like a whining child. From the way its acting it sounds like it's never faced a worthy opponent and it's become just so accustomed to fighting weaker opponents that it's throwing a tantrum. In a fit of rage and frustration, the other arm of the Devourer comes down to smash Alec. (15:00:12) ChatBot: (GM)(Prysus) rolls 2d6 and gets (4,6)=10.
(15:00:24)
(GM)(Prysus):
And ... that's not enough to actually hit. (15:04:43) (GM)(Prysus): And Alec will have his two moves/attacks. (15:09:07) (PC)Alec): *attacks the arm.* (15:09:09) ChatBot: (PC)Alec) rolls 2d6 and gets (2,6)=8. (15:09:36) ChatBot: (GM)(Prysus) rolls 2d6 and gets (6,4)=10. (15:09:48) (GM)(Prysus): That's ... going to be a hit. (15:09:59) (GM)(Prysus): And yes, you can ... disarm it.
(15:10:05)
(PC)Alec):
(teehee (15:10:48) (PC)Alec): *slices across its chest* (15:10:50) ChatBot: (PC)Alec) rolls 2d6 and gets (2,4)=6.
(15:11:16)
(GM)(Prysus):
And ... actually ... it has no arms left to defend with.
(15:11:28)
(PC)Alec):
"Who are you calling little!? (15:16:49) (GM)(Prysus): The Devourer hits the floor with a great thud. It struggles to move, but weak and barely alive. "Don't talk down to me. Don't you dare. You're not better than me. I'm a full fledged demon. You're nothing but a pathetic half breed. Just wait until my arms grow back. I'll crush you like the half mortal you are." Somehow nothing it says sounds that threatening though as it lies there half dead. (15:17:42) (PC)Alec): *mutters something about it calling him little, and kills it.* (15:17:48) (GM)(Prysus): Alec's turn (both, though at this point I won't require rolls). (15:18:08) (PC)Alec): *dispatches the demon with a look of distaste*
(15:22:11)
(GM)(Prysus):
Alec finishes off the Devourer. Eldritch jumps down from his perch above and
lands at the side of Alec. "Not bad. Though if ever used the knowledge I tried
to teach you that battle could have went much faster." (15:22:44) (PC)Alec): "Right." *rushes towards the opening.* (15:25:05) (GM)(Prysus): The two step through the rift and back to the train. Behind them the rift closes. The train rattles forward and the lights come on again. Nothing else has moved. The digital clock still reads 12:01 am and finally changes to 12:02am. (15:25:26) (PC)Alec): "Was that realm... outside of time?" (15:28:14) (GM)(Prysus): Eldritch, "Not entirely outside of time, but time did pass differently there. As long as the doorway was open, part of the dialation passed through the doorway and into this car. That is why all of the witnesses saw only a second pass, but all of the Devourer's victims went through exactly what we did." Eldritch takes a seat. "The only difference is, none of them won." (15:29:08) (PC)Alec): *smirks.* "I guess that's just because we're stronger warriors than regular humans" (15:32:04) (GM)(Prysus): Eldritch, "That's because we're not human. Don't ever forget that."
(15:33:04)
(PC)Alec):
"Eldritch... am I a bastard? (15:35:22) (GM)(Prysus): Eldritch, "You have a father. He's the most powerful demon in the Underworld." (15:37:08) (PC)Alec): oO(Was he and mother married? Maybe. Maybe not.) (15:37:24) (PC)Alec): *looks thoughtful as the subway rolls to its next stop.* (15:40:02) (GM)(Prysus): *As the train comes to a stop Eldritch stands.* "Now let's go home. You know how May worries." *Despite his mentioning her, he doesn't sound like he really cares one way or the other. His tone is just so ... professional.* (15:40:20) (PC)Alec): "Right." (15:40:29) (PC)Alec): *follows him off the train.* (15:40:54) (GM)(Prysus): ((And, unless there's anything more, I think this is a good place to call this one. Unless you'd like to do/say something more?)) (15:41:34) (PC)Alec): "Will I ever meet my father?"
(15:41:41)
(PC)Alec):
(just wanted to ask that (15:43:50) (GM)(Prysus): Eldritch, "I can't say for sure, but maybe some day soon." (15:44:45) (PC)Alec): *smiles.* "I think I'd like to meet him."
(15:44:54)
(PC)Alec):
(and good place to call it (15:45:34) (GM)(Prysus): Okay, thanks for playing. *Hugs.* And, fair warning, I'll let you know now you'll meet him next game (because you know what that means). |
